The Model DTW285 is a cordless impact wrench with a powerful brushless DC motor that requires no maintenance. Since there is no friction loss caused by brushes, the energy consumption is higher, allowing lower amperage for less heat output and more work on a single full battery charge. Auto-stop mode with reverse rotation: This mode is only possible when the trigger is fully pulled in a counter-clockwise rotation. The tool stops the impact and rotation in 0.2 seconds after the bolt/nut has been sufficiently loosened.
